Jiu-Jitsu is a skill. Teaching is, too.
João Crus brings more than two decades of teaching experience to courses made for practical learning and lasting development.

A teacher shaped by movement, competition, and connection.
João began Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Rio de Janeiro in 1998 after years in competitive swimming, sailing, windsurfing, and karate. That broad background taught him to see movement as both a technical practice and a way of understanding ourselves.
As an academy owner and longtime children’s instructor, he has developed a coaching approach that meets students as people first. His classes use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a practical setting for attention, confidence, boundaries, self-regulation, and resilience.
Jiu-Jitsu Classes Online brings that experience online through complete curricula and focused studies that students and coaches can use directly on the mat.
